Canton Defendant Sentenced on Racketeering and Drug Trafficking Charges

News Release: AKRON - Justin Bush, 35, of Canton, Ohio, was sentenced to 96 months imprisonment on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 by U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi after he pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute narcotics, and to distributing narcotics. Bush was also ordered to pay a $300 Special Assessment and serve 3 years of supervised release after release from imprisonment.

Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that RAHSHIM CARTER, 34, of Bridgeport, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to 54 months of imprisonment, followed by three years for supervised release, for unlawfully possessing a firearm.

Armed Drug Trafficker Pleads Guilty to Possessing Firearm and Distribution Quantities of Fentanyl

News Release: Tampa, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Eugene Washington, Jr. (36, Bradenton) has pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and possession with the intent to distribute 40 grams more of fentanyl. Washington faces a maximum penalty of 55 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
