York County Man Charged with Assaulting Federal Air Marshal

United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Zachary William Easterly, 38, of Etters, Pennsylvania, was charged by Information with misdemeanor assault of a federal officer. Specifically, the Information alleges that on August 30, 2022, Easterly assaulted a Special Agent of the Federal Air Marshal Service who was engaged in the performance of his official duties.
