Shreveport Man Sentenced for Illegally Possessing Loaded Firearms at His Residence

News Release: SHREVEPORT, La. - Roderick Agnes, 42, of Shreveport, Louisiana, has been sentenced in U.S. District Court, announced U.S. Attorney Brandon B. Brown. U.S. District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote sentenced Agnes to 112 months (9 years, 4 months) in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, for possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Gainesville Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Identity Theft and Possessing Firearms as a Convicted Felon

News Release: Ocala, Florida - Senior United States District Judge Gregory A. Presnell has sentenced Brandon Jamal Alex Grant (23, Gainesville) to three years and one month in federal prison for possessing counterfeit access devices with the intent to defraud and possessing firearms as a convicted felon. Grant had pleaded guilty on May 2, 2023.

U.S. Marshals Task Force Arrests Arizona Homicide Suspect

News Release: Des Moines, IA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Southern Iowa Fugitive Task Force (SIFTF) - including the USMS, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, 5th Judicial District Fugitive Unit, and Homeland Security Investigations - arrested a homicide suspect in the 4900 block of E. 14th Street late Thursday night. The Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force also assisted with the arrest.

La Crosse Felon Sentenced to 46 Months for Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Kareem Nellem, 30, La Crosse, Wisconsin was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 46 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. This prison term will be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. Nellem pleaded guilty to this charge on April 12, 2023.

News Release: PEORIA, Ill. - An East Moline, Illinois, man, Marcus Dixon, 29, was sentenced on July 18, 2023, to 260 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, following his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, and two counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

News Release: Lorna Roxanne Green, 22, pled guilty to arson of a building used in interstate commerce, specifically the Wellspring Health Access Clinic located in Casper, Wyoming. Green entered her guilty plea before U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on July 20, 2023. She was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service following the hearing.
