Nine KC Gang Leaders, Members Indicted in Racketeering, Murder Conspiracies

Alabama Man Sentenced to Over 26 Years in Prison for Robberies and Firearm Offenses

News Release: JACKSON, Miss. - An Anniston, Alabama, man was sentenced to 314 months in prison for two counts of robbery, two counts of using or carrying a firearm in connection with crimes of violence and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, announced U.S. Attorney Darren J. Two Fugitives Arrested in Long Beach on Firearms, Narcotics Charges After 2-Hour Standoff

Jacksonville Convicted Felon Sentenced to More Than Three Years in Federal Prison for Firearm Possession

News Release: JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard has sentenced Antoine Danielle Pearson Jr., 28, of Jacksonville to three years and one month in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He was also ordered to forfeit the firearm and ammunition traceable to the offense. Pearson pleaded guilty on May 24.

Federal Jury Convicts Zachary Man of Multiple Drug and Gun Charges

News Release: BATON ROUGE, La. - U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Gathe Jr. announced the conviction of Jeremy Dewayne Hawkins, 43, of Zachary, Louisiana. After a three-day trial before Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick, the jury unanimously convicted Hawkins of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and heroin, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, and possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon.


Fort Myers Felon Pleads Guilty to Unlawfully Possessing a Firearm and Cocaine

News Release: FORT MYERS, Fla. - U.S. Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Keith Dewayne Drayton Jr., 27, of Fort Myers today pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a previously convicted felon and possessing with the intent to distribute cocaine. Drayton faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison for the firearm offense and up to 20 years’ imprisonment for the drug offense. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
