Shoreline, Washington, man sentenced to 51 months in prison for illegal possession of ammunition

News Release: Seattle - A 45-year-old Shoreline, Washington man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 51 months in prison for unlawful possession of ammunition, announced U.S. Attorney Nick Brown. Rustam Yusupov pleaded guilty in February 2023, following his arrest in March of 2022. At today’s sentencing hearing U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour said the prevalence of guns on the streets is leading “to a bloodbath in this country.".
