Previously Convicted Felon Sentenced for Trafficking Fentanyl, Heroin

A Springfield, Mo., man has been sentenced in federal court for his role in a conspiracy to distribute heroin and fentanyl.



Elmira Methamphetamine Dealer Going to Prison for 15 Years

U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Corey J. Lattimer, 30, of Elmira, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, was sentenced to serve 188 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa. Lattimer was also ordered to forfeit $3,528.62 in seized U.S. currency, and over 250 rounds of seized ammunition.


Montana Man Sentenced for Federal Hate and Firearms Crimes for Shooting Intended to Kill and Rid Town of LGBTQI+ Residents

News Release: A Montana man was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris to 18 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for shooting into a residence and attempting to shoot others with the intent of ridding a town of LGBTQI+ residents.


Muskegon Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Stalking His Ex-Wife and Possessing Firearms

News Release: GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN -U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Mark Totten announced today that Mitchell Pierce, 45, of Muskegon was sentenced to 180 months in the Bureau of Prisons after he pleaded guilty to stalking and being a felon in possession of firearms. U.S. District Court Judge Robert J. Jonker also ordered that when Pierce is released from prison, Pierce will be on supervised release for 3 years.


Firearms Trafficker, Drug Dealer Sentenced to 72 Months in Prison

News Release: BECKLEY, W.Va. - Larry Wayne Meadows, 71, of Shady Spring, was sentenced today to 12 years and seven months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.


Armed Drug Trafficker Pleads Guilty to Possessing Firearm and Distribution Quantities of Fentanyl

News Release: Tampa, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Eugene Washington, Jr. (36, Bradenton) has pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and possession with the intent to distribute 40 grams more of fentanyl. Washington faces a maximum penalty of 55 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
