Indianapolis Man Sentenced to 30 Years in Federal Prison for Murder of a U.S. Postal Service Employee

News Release: INDIANAPOLIS- Tony Cushingberry, 24, of Indianapolis, Indiana, has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to murder and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.


Canton Defendant Sentenced on Racketeering and Drug Trafficking Charges

News Release: AKRON - Justin Bush, 35, of Canton, Ohio, was sentenced to 96 months imprisonment on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 by U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi after he pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute narcotics, and to distributing narcotics. Bush was also ordered to pay a $300 Special Assessment and serve 3 years of supervised release after release from imprisonment.


Repeat Domestic Abuser Sentenced to Over 15 Years in Federal Prison for Illegally Possessing Firearms During Domestic Assault

News Release: INDIANAPOLIS- Harold Sanders, 34, of Indianapolis, Indiana, has been sentenced to 188 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to illegally possessing a firearm.


Illinois Man Sentenced to 108 Months in Prison

News Release: FORT WAYNE -Justin Davis, 65 years old, of Maywood, IL, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty after his plea of guilty to possessing with intent to distribute cocaine, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and to being a felon in possession of a firearm, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.

Wolf Point Man Accused in Armed Carjackings in Yellowstone, Cascade Counties Admits to Crimes

Handberg announces the arrest of Craig Antwon O’Neal (53, Ocala) based on an indictment charging him being a felon in possession of a firearm. He faces a mandatory minimum term of 15 years, up to life, in federal prison. O’Neal had been indicted on March 3, 2021.


Rochester Felon Pleads Guilty to Drug and Gun Charges

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced that Jesus Santiago, 32, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, before U.S. District Judge David G. Larimer. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.



Jamestown Man Going to Prison on Drug and Gun Charges

U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Douglas Beardsley, 38, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of firearms, was sentenced to serve 176 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
