News Release: Oxford, MS - A Marshal County man was sentenced on Tuesday to more than 27 years in prison for illegal possession of a firearm.


Philadelphia Man Arrested for Distribution of Cocaine Base

News Release: RUTLAND, Vt. - The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that Rockylane Lewis, aka “Rizzo," 33, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged with the distribution of cocaine base. Lewis was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Rutland, Vermont. Lewis appeared today for his initial appearance before United States Magistrate Judge Kevin J. Doyle and was ordered detained pending trial.


Fort Wayne Man Sentenced to Imprisonment of Life Plus 25 Years

News Release: FORT WAYNE - Steven Hecke, 47 years old, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Holly A. Brady after previously being found guilty following a 5 day trial in June 2022, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.


Jackson Man Sentenced To Serve Over Four Years in Prison for Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon and Conspiracy To Commit Bank Fraud

News Release: Jackson, Miss. - A Jackson man was sentenced to 54 months in prison for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and 51 months for conspiracy to commit bank fraud. The two sentences will be served concurrently.

News Release: A Montana man was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris to 18 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for shooting into a residence and attempting to shoot others with the intent of ridding a town of LGBTQI+ residents.

Madison Felon Sentenced to 27 Months for Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Anthony Bailey, 33, Madison, Wisconsin was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 27 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. This prison term will be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. Bailey pleaded guilty to this charge on March 20, 2023.
