Shreveport Man Sentenced for Illegally Possessing Loaded Firearms at His Residence

News Release: SHREVEPORT, La. - Roderick Agnes, 42, of Shreveport, Louisiana, has been sentenced in U.S. District Court, announced U.S. Attorney Brandon B. Brown. U.S. District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote sentenced Agnes to 112 months (9 years, 4 months) in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, for possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.


El Paso Man Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison for Marijuana Trafficking

News Release: ALPINE, Texas - An El Paso man was sentenced Monday in a federal courthouse in Alpine to 96 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.


Gangster Disciples Member Pleads Guilty to Federal Gun Charge

East Moline, Illinois, Man Convicted of Drug Trafficking and Firearms Charges

News Release: PEORIA, Ill. - An East Moline, Illinois, man, Marcus Dixon, 29, was sentenced on July 18, 2023, to 260 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, following his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, and two counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.


New Orleans Man Pleads Guilty to Weapons Violations

La Crosse Felon Sentenced to 46 Months for Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Kareem Nellem, 30, La Crosse, Wisconsin was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 46 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. This prison term will be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. Nellem pleaded guilty to this charge on April 12, 2023.

South Bend Man Sentenced to 57 Months in Prison

News Release: SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Kevin Brazier, Jr., 45, of South Bend, Indiana, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Jon E. DeGuilio after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, announced U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.


Madison Felon Sentenced to 6 Years for Possessing a Firearm

Presnell has sentenced Brandon Jamal Alex Grant (23, Gainesville) to three years and one month in federal prison for possessing counterfeit access devices with the intent to defraud and possessing firearms as a convicted felon. Grant had pleaded guilty on May 2, 2023.


Janesville Man Sentenced to 13 Years for Multiple Armed Robberies & Brandishing a Firearm

Conley to 13 years in federal prison for armed robbery and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. This prison term will be followed by a 5-year term of supervised release. Wilson pleaded guilty to these charges on March 21, 2023.
