District Man Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison for Drug and Gun Offenses

News Release: ALBANY, NEW YORK - Tyquan Armstrong, aka “Moose," age 44, of Rotterdam, New York, was sentenced today to 90 months in prison for conspiring to distribute and possessing with intent to distribute marijuana and possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Madison Felon Sentenced to 27 Months for Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Anthony Bailey, 33, Madison, Wisconsin was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 27 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. This prison term will be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. Bailey pleaded guilty to this charge on March 20, 2023.
