Tallahassee Man Indicted for Possessing Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute

News Release: OCALA, Fla. - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced the return of an indictment charging Brian Keith Coleman (33, Tallahassee) with possession of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it. If convicted, Coleman faces a minimum mandatory term of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison.

Wisconsin Naturopathic Practitioner Sentenced to Twelve Months’ Imprisonment for Unlawful Prescribing of Controlled Substances

News Release: MILWAUKEE - John J. McGarry, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration-Milwaukee, and U.S. Attorney Gregory J. Haanstad for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced that on May 12, 2023, Michele Nickels. was sentenced to12 months and one day of imprisonment, to be followed by two years of supervised release. On Feb. 8, 2023, Nickels pled guilty to an information charging her with one count of unlawful distribution of controlled substances.
