News Release: CLEVELAND - Reginald Allen, 37, of Akron, Ohio, was sentenced yesterday to 157 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Bridget M. Baton Rouge Man Sentenced to Seventeen Years in Federal Prison for Armed Robbery and Related Gun Offense

News Release: United States Attorney Ronald C. Gathe, Jr., announced that U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles sentenced Oreall Ruffin, age 25, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to 205 months in federal prison following his convictions for interference with commerce by robbery and using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The Court further ordered Ruffin to serve three years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment.

News Release: SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - Former police officer William Cintrón-Rivera, aka “El Kid/Kid" was sentenced to eight years in prison for the theft of 54 guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition from the Puerto Rico Police Bureau (PRPB), Guayama headquarters, on July 17, 2019. The defendant was ordered to forfeit his position as a PRPB officer and pay $48,624 in restitution to the PRPB.

News Release: PENSACOLA, Fla. - Foster Darnell Johnson Sr., 37, of Pensacola, Florida, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, hydrocodone and large volumes of marijuana. Ravenna Man Sentenced to 150 Months in Federal Prison for Illegally Possessing Firearms as a Felon

News Release: GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN - U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Mark Totten today announced that Zebulon Timothy Nester, 27, of Ravenna Michigan, was sentenced to 150 months in federal prison for being a felon in possession of firearms. U.S. District Judge Robert J. Jonker also ordered Nester to spend three years on supervised release after his confinement. Nester previously pled guilty to this charge in April.
