News Release: Tampa, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Shawn Lanier Lowman, Jr. (23, Tampa) today pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Lowman faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
