United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Billie Harold McDuffie, Jr. (36, Winter Haven) has pleaded guilty to a six-count indictment charging him with one count of enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, one count of possessing device making equipment, one count of possessing 15 or more unauthorized access devices, and three counts of aggravated identity theft. He faces a minimum mandatory term of 10 years, up to life, in prison for the enticement offense, up to 10 years’ imprisonment for each of the access device offenses, and a mandatory consecutive term of imprisonment of 2 years’ imprisonment on each aggravated identity theft offense.
