News Release: SHREVEPORT, La. - United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown announced that Fredarius D. Jackson, 25, of Shreveport, Louisiana, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote for being a convicted felon in possession of firearms. News Release: ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced today that Arthur Quintana was sentenced to 86 months in prison. Quintana, 45, of Albuquerque, pleaded guilty on Feb. 7, 2023, to being a felon in possession of firearm and ammunition.

Brothers Sentenced in Gun Trafficking Conspiracy After Investigation of Firearms Recovered at Indianapolis and Chicago Crime Scenes

News Release: INDIANAPOLIS- Brothers Jacob Tomlin, 28, and Ryan White, 21, of Indianapolis, have both been convicted of federal felony offenses for their scheme to illegally sell straw-purchased firearms. Tomlin was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of making a false statement to a federally licensed firearms dealer. White was sentenced in January of 2023 to 18 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to dealing firearms without a license.
