News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Paul Steven Hulbert (27, Middleburg) has pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act firearm (sawed-off shotgun). Hulbert faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. He made his initial appearance on Nov. 18, 2022, and was ordered detained.

O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Anthony Bailey, 33, Madison, Wisconsin was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Collier County Career Offender Sentenced to 40 Years in Prison for Firearm and Drug Offenses

News Release: Fort Myers, Florida - U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Barber today sentenced Alex Winters (44, Collier County) to 40 years in federal prison for possessing a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon, possessing controlled substances with intent to distribute, and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The Court also ordered Winters to forfeit the firearm and ammunition he illegally possessed. Winters was found guilty at trial on March 9, 2022.
