FBI Seeking Information and Additional Victims of Suspected Sexual Exploitation
On Monday, March 6, 2023, Rex Dale Phelps was charged with abusive sexual contact in an aircraft.
The complaint against the defendant alleges that on multiple occasions in early 2023, Phelps had sexual contact with a minor victim while they were aboard an aircraft. Phelps is facing additional state charges related to conduct alleged to have occurred before and after those flights.
Federal investigators are seeking the public’s help to identify additional potential victims of Rex Dale Phelps.
