Ross announced today that Devin Tribunella, 39, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of transportation of stolen goods in interstate commerce, was sentenced to serve 48 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa. Tribunella was also ordered to forfeit a 2008 Lamborghini, a 2014 Mercedes Benz, a 2014 Rolls Royce, a 2015 Porsche, the contents of three bank accounts totaling $155,182.87, and a $1,600,000 money judgment.
