Lincoln Man Sentenced for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine

News Release: United States Attorney Steven A. Russell announced that Michael Ray Ernst, 65, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced today to five years’ imprisonment for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual (pure) methamphetamine by Senior United States District Judge John M. Gerrard. Following his release from prison, Ernst will serve four years on supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.


Bristol Man Arrested for Defrauding Customers

News Release: Burlington, Vermont - The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that David Conrad, 42, of Bristol, Vermont was arrested yesterday following his indictment for conducting a wire fraud scheme between approximately January of 2022 and Feb. 28, 2023.
