News Release: Paducah, KY - A Paducah man was sentenced yesterday to 10 years in prison followed by a 5-year term of supervised release for distributing and possessing with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. There is no parole in the federal system.

News Release: DETROIT - A Michigan man was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint with illegally possessing firearms after having been committed to a mental institution and while being an unlawful user of a controlled substance, announced United States Attorney Dawn N. Ison. The man came to the attention of the FBI after he made numerous threats over YouTube to kill FBI agents, members of the LGBTQ community, President Biden, and Governor Whitmer.


Omaha Man Sentenced to 77 Months for Being a Felon In Possession of Firearm

News Release: United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Kevin Gray, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced on March 10, 2023, in federal court in Omaha for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. sentenced Gray to 77 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, he will begin a three-year term of supervised release.


Springfield, Illinois, Man Sentenced to 84 Months in Prison for Drug and Firearm Offenses

News Release: SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - A Springfield, Illinois, man, Alonzo Hampton 50, of the 1300 block of North Peoria Road, was sentenced on March 9, 2023, by Senior U.S. District Judge Sue E. Myerscough to 84 months in prison, to be followed by a six-year-term of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute heroin and for illegally possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.

Three Alleged Gang Members Indicted for Murder in Aid of Racketeering
