Suspect Wanted in Toledo Vehicular Homicide Arrested in Findlay, Ohio

On April 25, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) and the Findlay Police Department arrested Ruben Parraz, 56. Parraz was wanted by the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.

Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Francisco B. Burrola, Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations El Paso, announced that Jeffery Dean Biddle was sentenced to life in prison. Biddle, 42, of Deming, pleaded guilty on Oct. 26 to production and attempted production of child pornography, receipt and attempted receipt of child pornography, and enticement and attempted enticement of a minor.
