A Passaic County, New Jersey, man was arrested for transporting and possessing videos and images of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.

Danny Lee Jimenez, age 38, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced on May 18, 2023, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson sentenced Jimenez to 15 months in prison with three years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.


Troy Man Indicted for Stealing Six Firearms From Federally Licensed Dealer

Michael C. McDermott, age 30, of Troy, New York, was arraigned today on an indictment charging him with theft of six firearms from a federally licensed dealer.


Schenectady Felon Sentenced for Firearms Possession

Larry Peterkin, age 46, of Schenectady, New York, was sentenced yesterday to 46 months in prison for the unlawful possession of a firearm.


Nacogdoches Man Sentenced to 12 Years in Federal Prison for Trafficking Methamphetamine

A Nacogdoches man has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for drug trafficking violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs today.


Las Vegas Resident Sentenced to Prison for Distribution of Fentanyl and Possession of Machine Guns

A Las Vegas man was sentenced yesterday by United States District Judge Cristina D. Silva to 6 ½ years in prison followed by four years of supervised release for selling machine gun conversion devices and thousands of pills laced with fentanyl.


Wise County Meth Distributor, Who Possessed Firearms, Sentenced to Over 15 Years

A Wise County, Virginia man, was sentenced last week to more than 15 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine and illegally possessing firearms


Louisiana Man Indicted for Shipping Firearms to New York

Rodell Patterson, age 51, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was indicted today on charges that he engaged in the firearms business without a license, sold firearms to a person he knew to be a convicted felon, and unlawfully sold firearms to a resident of another state.


Shreveport Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Illegal Possession of Firearms

United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown announced that Fredarius D. Jackson, 25, of Shreveport, Louisiana, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote for being a convicted felon in possession of firearms.


New Haven Man Sentenced to More Than 7 Years in Federal Prison for Firearm Offense

Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that JACKIE BROWN, 43, of New Haven, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley in Bridgeport to 92 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for unlawfully possessing ammunition.


Suspect Who Struck Two Memphis Airport Police Officers Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Memphis

On May 15, the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Marcus James White, 33, of Memphis. He was wanted on three counts of Aggravated Assault after hitting two Memphis Airport Police Officers with his vehicle.


U.S. Marshals Offer Reward for West Virginia Murder Suspect

The U.S. Marshals Southern District of West Virginia CUFFED Task Force is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Matthew Jaquez Daughtery, 24, of Charleston, WV. Daughtery is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Huntington Police Department for a 1st Degree Murder warrant.


U.S. Marshals Safely Recover Missing/Endangered Juvenile

In April the U.S. Marshals began to aid state and local law enforcement with efforts to locate this missing/endangered juvenile, and on May 19, U.S. Marshals in the Farmington and Santa Fe offices developed information that the juvenile was still in Gallup and responded to the location.
