New Jersey Man Sentenced for Illegal Use of Credit Card

News Release: United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Kyle A. Halsey, 33, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, was sentenced on March 15, 2023, by the United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher to 24 months’ imprisonment for Illegal Transaction with an Access Device. After his release from prison, Halsey will begin a three-year term of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system. Halsey was also ordered to pay restitution of $2,544.24.
