Indiana Woman Sentenced to 80 Months for Meth Distribution

News Release: SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Alred A. Cooke, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration-Merrillville, and U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson for the Northern District of Indiana, announced that Laci Lindsey, 49, of Winamac, Indiana, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Court Judge Robert L. Miller, Jr. after pleading guilty to distributing over 50 grams of methamphetamine.

Jacksonville Convicted Felon Sentenced to Eight Years for Narcotics and Firearm Possession

News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard has sentenced Johnny Deangelo White (46, Jacksonville) to eight years and four months in federal prison for possessing with the intent to distribute fentanyl and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense. He had pleaded guilty in March 2023.

ATF National Response Team Joins Local, State Fire Investigation in Sterling, Illinois

News Release: WASHINGTON - The Chicago Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives requested ATF’s National Response Team join the investigation into a fire that occurred the morning of Friday, July 7, 2023, that claimed the life of one resident. Two others sustained non-life threating injuries in the three-story mixed-use building on the 400 block of 3rd Street in Sterling, Illinois.


New Britain Man Sentenced to 42 Months in Federal Prison for Firearm Offense

Shea in Hartford to 42 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release for unlawfully possessing a firearm and ammunition.
