Illinois Man Sentenced to 37 Months in Prison

News Release: HAMMOND- Darius Dudley, 30 years old, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Jon E. DeGuilio after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.


Tampa Man Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing Firearm

News Release: Tampa, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Deandre Riviera Lopez (33, Tampa) has pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Lopez faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years, up to life, in federal prison under the Armed Career Criminal Act. A sentencing date has not yet been set.


U.S. Marshals in PA, NY Working with PSP to Find Dangerous Escapee from Warren County Jail
