Elmer City Man Sentenced to 60 Months’ Imprisonment for Drug Trafficking Linked to Overdose on the Colville Indian Reservation

News Release: Spokane, Washington - Vanessa R. Waldref, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, announced today that Andre Pierre Picard, age 67 of Elmer City, Washington, has been sentenced after pleading guilty to Distribution of Heroin and Distribution of Methamphetamine. United States District Court Judge Thomas O. Rice imposed a sentence of sixty months in federal custody to be followed by five years of supervised release.

News Release: NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - On Tuesday June 27, 2023, TYRESE HARRIS, age 20, a resident of Orleans Parish, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jay C. Zainey to 45 years imprisonment, 5 years of supervised release, and a $500 mandatory special assessment fee after previously pleading guilty to a five-count superseding indictment, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Convicted Felon Is Sentenced To Prison For Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Nike Apollo Perry, 30, of Mount Holly, N.C., was sentenced to 84 months in prison today for possession of a firearm by a felon, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.


Papillion Man Sentenced to 132 Months for Distributing Child Pornography

News Release: United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Jason Stoolman, 51, of Papillion, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for distributing child pornography. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Stoolman to 132 months of imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After completing his term of imprisonment, Stoolman will begin a five-year term of supervised release. Stoolman must also pay $18,000 in restitution.


Elkhart Man Sentenced to 24 Months in Prison and Ordered to Pay Restitution
