News Release: PHOENIX - Dwayne Keith Anderson, 51, of Phoenix was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Steven P. Logan on Monday to six months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Anderson pleaded guilty on May 24 to false statement during the purchase of a firearm, aid and abet.

News Release: Tampa, FL -United States District Judge William F. Jung has sentenced Joshua Hall (44, North Carolina) to 21 years and 10 months in federal prison for kidnapping in aid of racketeering activity and assault in aid of racketeering. Hall had pleaded guilty on Oct. 21, 2022.

Baton Rouge Man Sentenced to Seventeen Years in Federal Prison for Armed Robbery and Related Gun Offense

News Release: United States Attorney Ronald C. Gathe, Jr., announced that U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles sentenced Oreall Ruffin, age 25, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to 205 months in federal prison following his convictions for interference with commerce by robbery and using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The Court further ordered Ruffin to serve three years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment.


South Carolina Man Who Orchestrated Drug Deals By Phone From Prison Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

Handberg announces that Zachariah Ryan Luke (28, Bennettsville, South Carolina) today pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Luke faces minimum mandatory penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
