News Release: ST. LOUIS - U.S. District Judge Ronnie L. White on Tuesday sentenced a member of a St. Louis drug conspiracy that killed two rivals to 18 years in prison.


Mount Dora Convicted Felon Sentenced to Seven Years for Illegally Possessing a Firearm

News Release: Ocala, Florida - Senior United States District Judge John Antoon II has sentenced Woodrow Milton Butler (40, Mount Dora) to seven years in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. The court also ordered the forfeiture of the firearm and ammunition used in the offense. Butler had pleaded guilty on Feb. 1, 2023.


Rochester Man Sentenced to 33 Months in Prison

News Release: SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Justin Overholser, 40, of Rochester, Indiana, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Jon E. DeGuilio after pleading guilty to theft of firearms from a federal firearms licensee, announced U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.

Clearwater Felon Sentenced to More Than 15 Years in Prison for Possessing a Firearm

News Release: TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday today sentenced Deion R. Brown, 27, (Clearwater) to 15 years and 8 months in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The court also ordered Brown to forfeit the firearm used in the offense. Brown had pleaded guilty on Aug. 30, 2022.

Davis has sentenced Dylan Milton Jarvis, 31, (Orange Park) to one year and four months in federal prison for unlawful possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act firearm (sawed-off shotgun). Jarvis was found guilty after a bench trial on April 25.

News Release: SHREVEPORT, La. - Cartavious Cursshuan Pouncy, 21, of Shreveport, Louisiana, was sentenced in U.S. District Court today, announced United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown. United States District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote sentenced Pouncy to 20 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release for illegal possession of a machine gun. Madison Man Sentenced to 72 Months for Illegal Gun Possession

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Zendel Rolack, 26, Madison, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 72 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. This prison term will be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. Rolack pleaded guilty to this offense on March 1, 2023.
