18 Defendants Indicted for Meth Conspiracy

News Release: SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Eighteen defendants have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a conspiracy to distribute large amounts of methamphetamine in southwest Missouri after law enforcement officers seized approximately 29 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately $57,000, and firearms.


Felon Convicted of State Carjacking and Sexual Assault Offenses Indicted on Federal Firearms Charges

News Release: PHILADELPHIA - United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Aasim Harps-Busbee, 22, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged by Indictment with one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of possession of ammunition by a felon. The charges stem from a series of documented posts on social media and an incident during which the defendant was found in possession of ammunition.


Mexican National Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearm and Immigration Offenses

News Release: Ocala, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Rey Daniel Facio-Garcia (27, Mexico) today pleaded guilty to two indictments- one charging him with possession of a firearm affecting commerce by an illegal alien and another charging him with illegal re-entry into the United States after a previous deportation. Facio-Garcia faces a combined penalty of up to 12 years in federal prison on the offenses. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.

Nashville Man Convicted in Music City Pawn Robbery Headed to Federal Prison

News Release: NASHVILLE - A Nashville, Tennessee man convicted last summer for his role in the robbery of Music City Pawn in June 2018, was sentenced today to 17 ½ years in federal prison, announced U.S. Attorney Mark H. Wildasin for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Ross announced today that Quandrell Davis, 31, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, was sentenced to serve 63 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford.


Peoria Man Sentenced to 37 Months in Prison for Possession of a Machine Gun

Arizona Man Charged in Alleged Armed Robbery Spree That Ended in High-Speed Chase in Which He Fired Upon Federal Law Enforcement

News Release: LOS ANGELES - An Arizona man was charged today in a federal criminal complaint alleging he robbed 10 stores in Southern California and Arizona during a three-week crime spree that ended in a high-speed chase in which he fired upon federal agents and, after police rammed his car, he accidentally shot himself under his chin.


Jacksonville Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Selling Methamphetamine

News Release: Tampa, Florida - U.S. District Judge Mary S. Scriven has sentenced Timothy Mills, II (38, Jacksonville) to 12 years and 7 months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Mills was also ordered to forfeit the firearm. Mills had pleaded guilty on May 24, 2022.
