Luke faces minimum mandatory penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.

News Release: PEORIA, Ill. - A Peoria, Illinois, man, Anthony Q. Johnson, 19, of the 1100 block of North Flora Avenue, was sentenced on August 2 to 50 months in federal prison for possessing a handgun equipped with a “Glock Switch" conversion device enabling the gun to fire as a fully-automatic machinegun.
