Brothers Sentenced in Gun Trafficking Conspiracy After Investigation of Firearms Recovered at Indianapolis and Chicago Crime Scenes
News Release: INDIANAPOLIS- Brothers Jacob Tomlin, 28, and Ryan White, 21, of Indianapolis, have both been convicted of federal felony offenses for their scheme to illegally sell straw-purchased firearms. Tomlin was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of making a false statement to a federally licensed firearms dealer. White was sentenced in January of 2023 to 18 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to dealing firearms without a license.

Man Wanted for 2016 Homicide Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Youngstown
News Release: Youngstown, OH - This afternoon, members of the Youngstown Division of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Daundre Turner, 25. Turner was wanted by the Youngstown Police Department for aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

North Fort Myers Man Indicted for Possessing a Firearm as a Convicted Felon
News Release: Fort Myers, FL - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Chester Lewis Risco, III (19, North Fort Myers) with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. If convicted, Risco faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison. The indictment also notifies Risco that the United States intends to forfeit the firearm and ammunition, which are alleged to be traceable to proceeds of the offense.

U.S. Marshals Arrest Philadelphia Crime Spree Fugitive
News Release: Philadelphia, PA - Today, at approximately 11:30am, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Brian Amerman, 19, in the 2000 block of East Rush Street in Philadelphia, PA. Amerman was wanted on 2 carjacking warrants and 1 attempted murder warrant. These warrants were issued late in the evening on May 23rd and immediately delegated to the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force.

Talbert announced. The indictment was unsealed today.
