Illegal Possession of Firearm Sends Billings Felon to Prison
News Release: BILLINGS - A Billings felon who admitted to illegally possessing a firearm after law enforcement found a gun in his vehicle, which had stopped in the middle of the road near Hardin, was sentenced today to 37 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.

ATF National Response Team Joins Investigation of $1M Philadelphia Structure Fire
News Release: WASHINGTON - The Philadelphia Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives called on ATF’s National Response Team to join the investigation of a structure fire that involved three businesses which include a furniture warehouse, an auto repair shop and an auto stereo store. The fire caused more than $1 million in catastrophic damages on June 26 in Philadelphia.

Member of Violent Bridgeport Gang Sentenced to More Than 20 Years in Federal Prison
News Release: TYRONE MOORE, also known as “Ty Ralph Lauren," 21, of Bridgeport, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Victor A. Bolden in Bridgeport to 250 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for his involvement in a violent Bridgeport street gang and his role in the murder of a rival in July 2019.

Jacksonville Convicted Felon Sentenced to Eight Years for Narcotics and Firearm Possession
News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard has sentenced Johnny Deangelo White (46, Jacksonville) to eight years and four months in federal prison for possessing with the intent to distribute fentanyl and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense. He had pleaded guilty in March 2023.

News Release: MIAMI - A federal magistrate judge in Miami has unsealed an indictment charging Patrick Ductant, 35, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., Kervens Saint-Hilaire, 35, of Hollywood, Fla., and Vladimir Saint-Hilaire, 35, of Hollywood, Fla., with felony offenses, including conspiracy, bank and wire fraud, money laundering, and aggravated identity theft. Terri Shana Davis, 33, of Marietta, Ga., was also charged in the indictment with conspiracy and aggravated identity theft offenses.

Federal Jury Convicts Ocala Man Of Possession Of Child Sex Abuse Images
News Release: Ocala, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that a federal jury has found Justin Lewis (41, Ocala) guilty of possession of child sex abuse images. Lewis faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison. His sentencing hearing has not yet been set. Lewis had originally been indicted on February 6, 2019. A federal grand jury later returned a superseding indictment on June 20, 2023.
