News Release: WILMINGTON, Del. - U.S. Attorney Davis C. Weiss announced that Mark Nepi, 46, of Wilmington, was sentenced on June 29, 2023, to 60 months in federal prison for a violation of the National Firearms Act. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika pronounced the sentence.

News Release: WILMINGTON, Del. - David C. Weiss, U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, announced that Danny Aument, age 48, was sentenced earlier this week to 30 months in prison for one count of unlawful possession of a machinegun and one count of possession of an unregistered silencer. U.S. District Judge Gregory B. Williams pronounced the sentence.

News Release: INDIANAPOLIS- Antwann Tigner, 34, of Indianapolis, has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and fentanyl, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Ulster County Felon Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Firearm Possession
News Release: ALBANY, NEW YORK - Bram Fox, age 43, of Kerhonkson, New York, pled guilty today to unlawfully possessing a rifle as a previously convicted felon. Fox also admitted to manufacturing and possessing several dozen firearms, which law enforcement seized from his Ulster County house earlier this year.

Barber today sentenced Alex Winters (44, Collier County) to 40 years in federal prison for possessing a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon, possessing controlled substances with intent to distribute, and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
