Bolden in Bridgeport to 65 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for illegally possessing a firearm while on federal supervised release.

Judge Finds Fort Myers Felon Guilty of Unlawfully Possessing a Loaded Firearm With an Obliterated Serial Number
News Release: Fort Myers, Florida - United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Steven Dewayne Barnes, Jr. (26, Fort Myers) has been found guilty, following a bench trial before United States District Judge Sheri Polster Chappell, of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number.
