News Release: PENSACOLA, Fla. - Foster Darnell Johnson Sr., 37, of Pensacola, Florida, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, hydrocodone and large volumes of marijuana. Clearwater Felon Sentenced to More Than 15 Years in Prison for Possessing a Firearm
News Release: TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday today sentenced Deion R. Brown, 27, (Clearwater) to 15 years and 8 months in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The court also ordered Brown to forfeit the firearm used in the offense. Brown had pleaded guilty on Aug. 30, 2022.

Foote sentenced Williams to 181 months (15 years, 1 month) in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. Williams pleaded guilty to the charges on February 8, 2023.

Gathe, Jr., announced that U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles sentenced Oreall Ruffin, age 25, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to 205 months in federal prison following his convictions for interference with commerce by robbery and using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The Court further ordered Ruffin to serve three years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment.
