Omaha Man Sentenced for Receiving Child Pornography

News Release: United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Antonio Olvera, 21, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha for receipt of child pornography. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. sentenced Olvera to 96 months of imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, Olvera will begin a 10-year term of supervised release.
